Mattress/Bed Size Dimensions Guide
Josie LindseyWhen comparing mattress sizes, remember we are talking about the dimensions in regards to width and length and not thickness because bed sizes are pretty universal +/- an inch. The height or thickness as some call it of a mattress will vary depending on the make and model of the mattress. Choosing the right sized bed is just as important as choosing the bed based on comfort level and quality of construction. Keep in mind not only how many people will be sleeping in the bed and who it is for but also the space you will be putting it. For more than one sleeper we recommend either California King, King or Queen based on how much space you have in your bedroom. For single sleepers we recommend Full or Twin/Twin XL.
